Leftovers

One of the nice side benefits to this project is the leftovers that are always available for lunch or snack or even dinner. Last night we sliced up the remaining pork chops, mixed with some onion and red pepper and the leftover sauce from the porterhouse steaks and it made a pretty good dish. That does it for the leftovers. I will start again tonight with cedar plank salmon!
