Cheesecake

This has nothing to do with the grill but it is a wonderful recipe. Texture is smooth and relatively light. Make sure you let the cake cool all the way down before you put the plastic wrap on it and put in refrigerator. Peaches were not available so I just used raspberries. Yum

  1. The grill book does have several desserts that feature no grilling at all, under the excuse that these desserts go particularly well with grilled food. Hmmm, well... Anyway, it's a great cheesecake recipe, although it calls for 20 minutes of beating, so you may want to skip it unless you have a stand mixer.
