April 18 - This was fantastic. Frozen duck breasts are at Whole Foods. Very easy to thaw in microwave. Good idea to follow recipe's advice re cutting off skin that is hanging over the edge of the meat. If you don't then it drips down into the fire and you get a lot of flames.
The Polenta was surprisingly good. Adding sour cream at the end really gave it a moist texture and an interesting flavor. Make sure you salt and pepper to taste. No need to use finely ground cornmeal. We used a medium ground and it was perfect. I did add about 1/2 cup of extra chicken stock.

A scrumptious recipe and a contender for our top ten list - delicious, tender, an interesting flavor, and a good match to the polenta. (Once we had all the liquid in the polenta, plus the sour cream and flavorings, I would need to hear an educated opinion on how this type of polenta differs from grits.)
